AI conversations

OpenAI processes voice audio, transcription, typed messages and approved public page context. Contact chat also uses OpenAI. Voice starts only after Start conversation and microphone permission.

Page context

Voice context includes selected public text and the current page path. Screenshots, URL queries, form values and contact conversations are excluded. You can browse without the assistant.

Sharing an inquiry

Review your contact details and summary before confirming. Private Titans Hub receives two linked records, without a full transcript or supporting quotes. Automatic delivery requires a verified private connection. Manual email contains contact details only.

Storage and deletion

Conversations stay in page memory, not persistent browser storage. End voice, restart contact or leave the page to clear the corresponding conversation. Contact sessions expire after two hours. The website does not archive audio or full transcripts. Contact us about retention and deletion of delivered contacts, summaries and team emails.

Service providers

Providers are Cloudflare, OpenAI and, when enabled, private Titans Hub and Resend contact notifications. Provider logs, processing locations and retention depend on account settings and agreements. We do not promise zero provider retention.

Your choices and contact

Mute or end voice at any time. Switching tabs mutes the microphone; returning does not unmute it. Closing an active panel only minimizes it. Avoid passwords, medical records and confidential documents. Contact Titans to request access, correction or deletion.
