1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

• Conversations with our AI assistant: the messages typed into the chat form and the structured data captured to handle your inquiry.
• Aggregate usage without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics): visit counts, referral channels, screen resolution.
• Direct email, phone, or WhatsApp communication that you initiate.

3. Purpose of processing

All data is collected solely to respond to your inquiry, manage the client relationship, and improve the site. We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not use it for paid advertising.

4. Retention

Conversation transcripts are stored in Cloudflare KV for up to 90 days for audit and support purposes, after which they are deleted automatically. Inquiry data that becomes client data is retained for the duration of the business relationship, subject to accounting obligations.

5. Your rights

You are entitled to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Requests sent to support@titans.global are handled within 14 business days.

6. Third-party providers

• Cloudflare — site hosting, CDN, and cookieless Web Analytics.
• Anthropic — runs the AI model behind our assistant. Messages are sent encrypted.
• Resend — internal email notifications about new inquiries.
